Black painted sideboards and more

Oh my goodness it’s been a while hasn’t it. Hope I still have a few readers out there! Hope you are surviving Covid and the crazy new life we are living. I have been painting away and keeping busy. I seem to have been painting lots of black pieces lately.

This first sideboard was snapped up by Rochelle and Sean in Canberra. A lovely old oak piece with beautiful old glass in the door. The very old glass with the wavy finish as it’s hand blown.

Jo saw the above sideboard and asked me to paint hers the same.

And her mirror to match. The mirror was brown and the original finished was flaking off. So much better now

I also finished these tall slim drawers (now sold).

I am in the middle of a few custom jobs that I’ll share soon. A huge difference.

Hope you are all well.

  2. “Black painted sideboards and more” highlights the charm of modern home décor, where bold colors and elegant finishes transform simple furniture into stylish centerpieces. Black sideboards, in particular, add a touch of sophistication and work beautifully with both minimalistic and classic interiors. Their sleek look makes any room feel more refined and organized. Just as thoughtful design elevates home décor, embroidery digitizing elevates artwork by turning creative designs into precise stitch-ready files. Both fields show how creativity and craftsmanship come together to produce stunning, high-quality results that enhance the beauty of everyday life.
