I had a friend over this morning for a coffee and catchup so whipped up some caramel cupcakes last night. My kids and Phil love these so everyone was happy. They are so delicious and light and super easy to make. I blogged the caramel cupcake recipe recently - go try it for a weekend treat. You'll be surprised how well they turn out for something so simple. And soft pink swirly frosting makes everyone happy, right?
Both pink and purple look fabulous with a splash of green.
